bro u shud understand this first.

india and sri lanka are different in many ways. india is very much ahead in technology than sri lanka. and also if u looks at da statistics india has 60million internet users as of march 08 out of which 3,130,000 are broadband users. but wen we look at sri lanka we have only 771,700 internet users as of march 08 out f which only 63300 are broadband users. if u had done commerce u wud b knowing dat da price wud differ according to da demand and quantity. its da same factor.

you are wrong mate....now i live in Sydney......here its fuckin expensive than SL...even comparing with other countries SL is really cheap coz its unlimited......
& most countries have limited connections

dont compare SL with Aus. because then you have to consider the Per Capita income to that rate and calculate and see. even Rs 100 indian rupees you cant covert to SLR 300. because say in units. in iindia with their income 100 units but here 3000 units. the application of exchange rates for these is wrong. always use ratios not the values when comparing.
