Adsl Manual Configuration Book

I hav a Home Package SLT ADSL connection where i lost the book which they gave me, it consists the connecting steps. The Model of the ADSL is CT-5071 (White and Blue in color) so pls if anyone hav the same adsl connection as well as the book pls scan it and update and share me a link..............

No machan i need the way how to enter the settings in the Internet Protocol Properties which is in Network Connections in Control Panel....... So if anyone of u all got SLT Comtrend CT-5071 Router's Manual Confiration Book Pls scan it and share a link....

Multiplexing Method - LLC/SNAP
Authentication Protocol - PAP
ADSL Standard - G.dmt(G992.1)/ADSL 2+(G992.2)
