ADSL Problem

I use the SLT - Home ADSL package and it is ok during the day and everyday between 5.00 pm & 6.00 pm it disconnects and I have to restart the router to get the connection again.

Y is this ?

Machan, sometimes oya install kala 3rd party soft ekain wenna puluwan....habai mageth ohoma case ekak awa....balinnam aka SLT fault......!! So call 1243 and tell..........!!

mchan man sira kiyane....man adsl modem 1k pawichi krane..mage connection 1th eka partma nathi wena seen eka thibba......passe man kasper sky ain krala wena guard ekak damma.....dan connection nati wenaha........try karla balanna.......

Well Dont uninstall the kaspersky, its not because of that. You need to inform SLT for a Dropout issues, maybe you are dropping out alot. So check your line with them. could be issues with Filters. What you can try doing is you may Factory reset the modem completely and reconfigure th emodem once and make sure the always on part is selected and idle time out is 0. If you still dropouts could be two reason, an issue with the modem or..... with the line. Better to check the line with SLT.

machan mamma router ekak paawichchi karanne. mage samahara welaawata net nathuwama yanawa. aapahu router eka restart karanakam internet yanawa boru..

mama daagena inne kaspersky mata kiyanawada lede mokakda kiyala?
