Advice needed for a SEO/Adsense noob :)

Hey guys, I've been working on a small SAAS project. Recently I applied for google ad sense and i got the approval. I get most of the traffic from Sri Lanka as the domain is (.lk), and the web app is not frequently updated .

Following are my questions,

1/ Is it okay to include adsense in a SAAS app?
2/ I rarely update this website but somehow I'm getting hits and almost all the hits are organic. In the long run, it is worth to focus on LK traffic only for a decent AdSense income?

3/ Every time when I update my website frequently, I get great results . Is this traffic enough to reach out direct advertisers, like brands, private institutes, hospitals....etc?

I'm just a developer, I have no idea about marketing or doing businesses , looking for your advises and experiences. Cheeres!
