ගායිස්, මම දැනට කම්පැනි එකකට ජොයින් වෙලා වැඩ කරනවා. තාම මෙතන වැඩට ඇවිත් සති දෙකයි. මට මම ඉන්ටර්වීව් ගියපු වෙන කම්පැනි එකකින් ඔෆර් එකක් ඇවිත් තියෙනවා. මීට වඩා හොද ඔෆර් එකක්. දැන් ඉන්න තැන ඇග්රිමන්ට් එකක් සයින් කරලා තියෙනවා යනවනම් දවස් 45 නෝටිස් දෙන්න ඕනේ නැත්නම් දවස් 45ක් ගෙවලා යන්න ඕනේ කියලා. අලුත් තැනට මම කිව්වා ඉමීඩියට් ජොයින් වෙන්න පුලුවන් කියලා ඉන්ටර්වීව් එකේදී. දැන් ඉන්න තැන ලොකුවට දෙයක් කලේ නැහැ තාම. නිකන් තමයි හිටියේ. ට්‍රේනින් වගේ. දැන් ඉන්න තැනට ප්‍රශ්නයක් නැති වෙන්න අයින් වෙන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා ඇඩ්වයිස් එකක දෙන්න. ස්තූතියි.

u wont be able to deal with ur now company agents softly and leave it easily

get a loan in the first case and pay off 45 day due amount
and work in the new place


but u shoud be so sure that the new place is almost finer than the before one
