i hav tested.. no probs.. working well with transparency... but best solution for vista theme is using patched ux-theme and vista theme pack

Install WindowsBlinds first then Extract zipped theme file.. There will be two files Called Aero Ultimate*.wba click and open one..

Remove Windows Flag patch
