yeah i agree with that one
right after the war ends it wont mean that its over for indefinite
minor attacks could still be possible for a time.
similar has been occurred on
bosnia, kosovo and so on
even on iraq ha? and chechnya of course.
so the army still would has duties but would not be hard as now.
ending war is indefinitley a good sign for all the people who like the peace.
still it would leave the impact for about another 20, to 30 hours.
gotta remove land mines, should rehabilitate the ltte cadres if its possible and should look after the people who were affected from the war as well.
even by now some jungles in vietnam are reported of having land mines even though war was over around about 30 years back.
let's hope for the best.
