Of course there are bad sides of ETCA but also a lot of good things too. I think if countries like SL to move forward have to take the risk. It is how we manage the risk and how adoptive we are to the  variations would decide final outcome. Better late than never.... Hope top level politicians would handle this professionally...  personally I don't not deny the concept of movement like ETCA.</p></blockquote><p></p>
