Decades old scam, first started in India - they grew Tamarind (Siyabala) & Neem (Kohomba). Just look around and see how many lost Millions in India, Malaysia & Thailand. Many Malaysians never saw any plantations but were scammed into buying Agarwood plants which were supposedly grown in Thailand. This was somewhere in 2022 when Oud oil was at it's peak.

I have no personal experience with Lakbima planations but one should be beware of these type of investments.
