ෂුවර් එකටම එන්නේ නෑ. ඒක එන්න ඕනි කරන වටපිටාව තාම හැදිලා නෑ. AGI ගැන research papers වත් හරියට තියෙනවද බලපන්කෝ. ඕක marketing buzz word එකක් අර ගිලුන නැව පෙන්නනවා වගේ.. AGI ගැන තියෙන papers ටිකක් කියවලා බලපන්කෝ. තාම forward reasoning විතරයි පුළුවන්. AGI වලට කලින් xai විසඳගන්න වෙනවා. එකෙත් breakthrough එකක් නෑ තාම. ML වලින් AGI වලට යනවා නන් xAi එක විසඳාගෙන ඉන්න ඕනි මුලින්ම. Statical reasoning වලින් එහාට යන්න ඕනි.
හදන්න කලිං හදන්නේ මොකද්ද කියලා තේරුම් ගන්න එපායනේ.විඤ්ඤඤාණයක් හදන්න බෑ බුද්ධාගමට අනුව
human level cognition. මගේ definition එකක් නෙවෙයි. සාමාන්යයෙන් AGI කිව්වම ඔහොම එකක් තමා අදහස් කරන්නේ
We are still at the Mathematical reasoning level. Trained datasets are answering based on the probability. Burning investor money with high powered GPU computing. Nothing new yet. The same ML we learned. Running in a bigger computer. OpenAI just added financial value & did more marketing. AGI wiull be there, not sure. Maybe hundreds of years in the future.

These systems don’t need to create new knowledge to replace an overwhelming majority of knowledge work and also there’s no signs of capabilities slowing down by scaling data and compute and whatever algorithmic breakthroughs researchers are coming up with.
Just compare what was achievable using these models from 1 year or even 6 months ago? Trendiness are clear…
a system that can match or outperform humans at almost all economically viable tasks….

continual learning with persistent memory < Anthropic and Google have stated that this will be solved within this year.

These systems don’t need to create new knowledge to replace an overwhelming majority of knowledge work and also there’s no signs of capabilities slowing down by scaling data and compute and whatever algorithmic breakthroughs researchers are coming up with.
Just compare what was achievable using these models from 1 year or even 6 months ago? Trendiness are clear…

අපි ඔහොම එකක් හදාගත්තා කියාමුකෝ දැන් තියෙන LLM වලින්.
අපි අලුත් level එකට ගිහින් නැති නිසා දැන් දන්නේ නෑ ඒ level එකේ මොනවා කරන්න ඕනිද කියලා. ඒ level එකට ආවම මිනිස්සු ආයේ තමන්ගේ general knowledge එක use කරලා අලුත් economically viable tasks අනිවාර්යෙන්ම හදනවා.
මිනිස්සු හිතලා එක එක නිර්මාණ කරලා තියෙනවා.
මේ දේවල් ටික දිහා බලලා දැනට මිනිස්සු කරමින් ඉන්න වැඩ LLM වලින් predict කරනවා. Pattern අල්ලාගෙන ඉන්න නිසා මිනිස්සු කරලා නැති අලුත් දේවල් ටිකකුත් කරමින් ඉන්නවා. ඇත්තටම වෙන්නේ අපි කරොත් මෙහෙම තමා වෙන්න ඕනි ඒ නිසා එකෙන් පස්සේ මේක තමා වෙන්න ඉඩ තියෙන්නේ කියලා ඒක predict කරනවා
දැනට කරන්න පුළුවන් හැම දේම predict කරන නිසා අපි හිතනවා LLM කියන්නේ එහෙනන් Human ලාගේ තියෙන general intelligence එක හදන්න පුළුවං කියලා.
ඒත් prediction කියන්නේ intelligence වල තියෙන එක component එකක් විතරයි.
