I would say to start with Python. Not R. පයිතන් සුපිරි ලැන්වේජ් එකක්. production environment එකට ගිහාම උනත් පට්ට flexible.

Tensorflow/ theano/ PyTorch.. all these are deep learning frameworks.
Keras is a API runs on top of tensorflow or theano backend.

I would say, getting started with ML and data mining basics would be the best way to go forward.
