I'm looking to get a direct/connecting flight to JFK.

Can anyone recommended me a decent air line?

There's no Direct flights buddy... U can choose either one of these connections...

Emirates - Colombo - Dubai - JFK n same way back

Qatar - Colombo - Doha - JFK n same way back

Jet Airways - Colombo - Madrass - JFK same way back...

Kuwait Air Lines - Colombo - Kuwait - JFK n same way back..

Royal Jordanian - Colombo - Amman - JFK n same way back

These are the connections..and there are more US carriers also like Delta Air Lines..American Air lines, United Air Lines...
