Airtel Get Connects On 9th!!!

Now i use a Dialog pre paid sim...

in the day time.

I have to keep dialing the same number for at least 2 mins to get connected.

cos it keeps giving me the "network busy" message.

Incoming IS totaly Free Witout A rentel
Outgoin 2 any other network vil b 3rs and airtetl 2 airtel just 1rs.
