Everything is better than Dialog. SO don't worry.

Nothing is as robust as Dialog or Mobitel. Airtel's 3G coverage is available ONLY to Colombo city limits. Nowhere else. Speed will lag behind Dialog once the network is operational.

That's true. bcz regulations are like that in Sri Lanka. but probarly we can cover all part of Sri Lanka within this year.

There is NO SUCH REGULATION.

Limiting 3G is a matter of management budget handling who believed that the 3G penetration rate is feasible only within Colombo. As opposed to Dialog and Mobitel - who upgraded 75% of their existing towers to UMTS and HSPA respectively and so forth.
