Actually I don't know much about FUP. It means that you share your bandwidth with other users in your area. If you have a less number of users the speed is high... if high number of users are present then you expect low speeds... something like that.

maybe the speed would change in the near future cos of the increasing amount of users? Airtel is just launched. if they are using HSDPA, the data transfer speed could be less in the future cos of new users getting into the network
