When sharuk khan was there, a bunch of "buddhist" people got together to harm him... now the same thing is happening to Akon... what are we trying to show to the world? we have already won a name in the world as having an extreme government etc because of the past terrorist supporting groups. LTTE members was doing campaigns to ask foreigner to not to visit sri lanka and they were spreading false information to see our international connections and tourism collapsing.

Everything has two sides... Its ok if you really think that Akon should not be allowed to visit sl. thats your idea. But dont look at the majority and start yelling. Some of those buddhist monks who raised against akon are some political leaders who travels on monteros and living in a palace.
