Correct! But if possible get alertpay prepaid card , so you can request payout instantly, however uploading takes atleast 24-48 hrs depending on their workload.

Alternative Options:

1,Alertpay Prepaid card
2, Get US virtual bank from payoneer then request US bank withdrawal from alertpay ( minimal amount 5$ and withdrawal process within 48 hrs maximum )
3, Request cheque via postal ( mail delivery take atleast 14+ days time & cheque clearing process will take another 20+ days

If you have 2co then you can withdraw funds via
1, payoneer ( Good )
2, Bankwire ( Recommended & just 48 hrs process )
3, US virtual bank ( within 3-4 working days )
3, Cheque ( Withdrawal Charge + CBSL & local Bank charges +Delay)

1, If you don't have payoneer card then apply through 2co or add your local bank account details 2checkout account >> bank details section and set your withdrawal timeframe weekly or monthly.

I requested bank wire withdrawal from my Alertpay account.
First it shows as "Pending".after 2 days it shows "Transaction completed".
I checked my bank account and but there is no money.What is the reason for that?
is someone steals money or it takes another 2 or 3 days to receive money to my account?

If your AP Transaction stats says Transaction completed" then you need to check your bank account after 3-4 working days. Makesure you entered correct bank details with valid SWIFT code. if no response from bank then contact AP via facebook,support,twitter,phone.
