it depends on how much seeders and peers there are in the torrent which u are downloading.....

if it a very healthy torrent( lots of more seeders than the peers)...it wud take about 8-10 hours...
but it cud take longer than that like 15-18 hours or maybe lesser than that like 6-8 hours too....
it depends machan...

to get a good downloading speed and download torrents fast, choose a healthy torrent and plus...VERY IMPORATANT.....change ur prefernces as mentiones in gomida's thread....

if everythng is going well...u shud hav a download speed around 40-50 kbps.

Yep .. depends on the number of seeds u get.. if you have lots of seeds then you'll get a >50kB/s download speed normally its around 7 hours..

but if you do a non-stop downloading, (like let your computer download that and you go away) it would take nearly 5-6 Hours for 700MB

I preffer Bittorrent as a torrent software..
has a good speed and has a good GUI also

Comparing to utorrent, they both are same.. but in Bittorrent, it has slight performance and GUI issues

I'll give those meanings in simple language so any one could understand

Upload = Sending data to another computer
Download = Recieving data from another computer
Limit = The limit of speed for sending or recieving data that the torrent programe will used when downloading or uploading
1kB/s = Lowest speed you can select
Unlimited = Speed is not limited
Tracker = the applet tracks and gives you the list of computers which have the selected torrent + which has the parts of the torrent available for download
Update Tracker = Update the tracker and renew the list of computers, removing dead links (IPs), and adding new ones
