The President has taken over the most valuable sections of lands, the sky, the sea and the coastal areas in the island, the most important sections of resources, the law, finances, defense and is distributing them among his family, relations and friends says Member of the Political Bureau of the JVP Anura Dissanayake.Speaking at a press conference held at the head office of the JVP Mr. Dissanayake said, “Normally, the gazette that states the allocations of subjects to ministries is issued two days after the cabinet is appointed. However, this time this process took several days. There are four ministries under the President. Under these ministries there are 78 institutions. Also, according to the Constitution of our country the subjects or institutions that are not published in the gazette come under the President.
