i did that speed test on a corporate LTE package. but you'll get the same speeds on normal Fixed LTE packages too (packages on your linked page).

i have no idea machan. but you can probably get that speed without full signal strength. coz when i did that speed test i had only 2 or 3 signal bars out of 5.
