Speedtest net ekey 100% accurate ney... best wey is downloading a file from a high speed server... I kind a did a survey on speed test posted on my ISP forum last year... You can find it here

You'll see that web based speed tests give you lower results...

I've got a ADSL2+ which goes up to 24Mbps... And the one I use call "Naked DSL" which I don't have to pay for a Telephone line rental. I just pay for the internet line... But I can't make standard PSTN calls as I don't have dial tone my telephone line.
