ALT ADSL Excite is Damn Slow

Hey Everyone,

I have an SLT ADSL excite package (1Mbps) line. But the download speed is horribly slow (http://www.speedtest.net/result/755810565.png). I got to know that Most of the excite package users have the same problem from the guy came to my house to test signal (signal level is ok).

I found that the problem is inside the SLT network and informed SLT about 4-5 times, but no sign of correcting the problem.

Is there anyone with the (1mbps) excite package and have the same problem? I'm planning to complain this to TRC. If you have the same problem, and want to do something about it, please PM me.

I heard about this too.. I used Xcite package on December 2009 to End of January 2010. Within that two months everything worked fine. I've got 1mbps download speed most of the time.. then i changed to Office package.. I don't know what's going with the Xcite package these days
