This might come in handy for those who are thinking of removing a stock heatsink, or installing one, but does not know how to properly do it. No fear, AMD has created a video that will explain you four things: the Processor Install, the Heat Sink Install, the Heat Sink Removal and the Cleaning after Heat Sink Removal.

I've seen these before.

Anyway, I wonder if these are that important because finding an AMD CPU, yet alone assembling it by the end user, is not that common for us.

How about some Intel CPU installation videos?

Installing an Intel HSF isn't hard. Just turn the screws holding the heatsink, and that's all. Only applicable to stock HSF though. Haven't seen how Athlon64's HSF's are mounted though. But it's nothing you have to remember. At most, you'll have to read the CPU/motherboard manual.
