I did not say that the numbers were certain or I agree with the numbers of what the thread starter was publishing. I was sharply pointing everything towards what you were comparing.

yeah but how can you tell how well or how bad someone is performing without basing it on facts and info from similar entities....
you tell how much you like a certain brand of perfume than the other by comparing their smells.....etc.....

its still relative....American society is the same as here.....they have the uber rich....the middle class and the poor.....as do we.....
just that our uber rich as more of the silent variety....unlike typical American way of boasting....and making the middle class take out exuberant leases...and basically live a life run by credit cards.....
most American families don't even own the homes they live in and spend more than half of their earnings on paying monthly loans on all the things they own in credit.....is that the case here?.....granted we have leased homes....but the credit culture is almost non-existent here....
such is cultural difference and monetary difference (interest rates...inflation...etc)....evaluation reports must give leeway to such factors......
do they really do their jobs? is what they do worth the money and other interests they receive?
i was really referring to other social services ..they are not bound to make ppl rich but how many out of them all actually do some work regarding the maintenance of public services
...so in that sense yes....we fail....
i have to agree......when it comes to public services our country has only a moderate to good service....
public utilities is functional.....but other wise not that good....
our govt servants are pompous and prideful and not to mention majority are corrupted.....American govt servants are normal volunteer citizens....

if they get away with "have done nothing" for the money they make that's not "fair" i still don't see the reason why you got some us shit involved in this it's like comparing godfather to american pie just for the sake of them both being movies.
