I wake up in the morning
to find that my alarm wasn't even turned on.
Without brushing or showering,
I rush to class
Only to reach there late,
with my shoes covered in mud from running through the lawn.
I receive another 0 on my homework,
worried if I am going to even pass;
Afterwards, I feel hungry,
so I go to get a snack,
But after rummaging through my wallet,
I realize that I left my money in my dorm.
During lab, I dropped some solution on my hands and they turn black
And then, as I walk outside wearing a t-shirt and shorts, it begins to storm.
It was just another Tuesday morning;
I slowly trudge back home, about to freeze.
And my clothes are soaked as it begins pouring.
Outside of my room, I am anxious to get in and sleep,
but I can't find my keys.
