Getting in to partnership with a reputed company is also possible but they will naturally want a bigger share of the profit.

yeah. Thats one of the problems you'll have to face. Much as I'd like to give lankans the chance, every time I hired local developers, none, not even one ever delivered the developed project on time or cover all requirements. So I'd recommend you try to hire coders from countries like Rumania or Chezc republic if you plan to hire freelance coders for this.

මුලින්ම බලන්ඩ ඔය කරන්ඩ යන වැඩේ දැනටම කරලා තියනවද කියල.. පොඩ්ඩක් එහෙන් මෙහෙන් හෙව්වට හම්බවෙන්නේ නැහැ මචන් ගොඩක් හොයන්ඩ වෙනවා.. එහෙම හදල තියනවනම් එක තවත් හොදයි.. හේතු කීපයක් නිසා.. ඔයාට දැනගන්ඩ පුලුවන් දැනට තියන එකේ තත්වය.. එක නැගල යනවනම් ඔයාට සතුටු වෙන්න පුළුවන් හොද අදහසක් ඔයටැහැ අව කියල.. එකවගේම එක නැගල යන් නැත්නම් ඔයාට පුළුවන් එකේ අඩුපාඩු හොයන්න...මොකද ඔයාට එකට අලුත් දේවල් එකතු කරන්ඩ පුළුවන්.. කරලා හොඳ තත්වයකට ගන්න පුළුවන්..

ඔයාටම පුළුවන් වෙයි මචන් Android කරන්න ඉගෙනගන්න.. එතකොට ඔයාගේ හිතේ තියන සැකය නැහැනේ..

එත් මචන් ඔය කරන්න යන දේ කරලා එලියට දැම්මම තව කෙනෙක් එකම කරන්ඩ පුළුවන්. ඔයාට එක නවත්වන්ඩ බැහැ මචන්.. ඔය කරන්න ඕනේ එක තවත් දියුණු කරන එකයි.

දැන් බලන්ඩ Uber තියෙද්දී ලංකාවට pickme ගේනවා.. ඒක ලංකාවේ මිනිස්සුගේ අවශ්‍යතා වලට ගැලපෙන විදියට වෙනස් කරලා තම අවේ.. වැඩේ නැගල යනවා.. ඒ අස්සේ Uber ත් ලංකාවට ගොඩ බැස්ස. එහෙම කියල pickme ල වැටුනේ නැහැ.. අනික මචන් pickme තිබ්බ කියල Uber වැටෙන්නෙත් නැහැ. ලංකාවේ pickme වගේම Uber වගේ ඒවා වෙන හැම රටමක තියනවා. ඉන්දියාවේ Ola cabs , france වල bla bla car, UK වල GetTaxi කියන්නේ එකට සාක්ෂි..

ඔයාට කරන්න යන්නේ නිකන්ම App එකක් නම් මචන් ඔයාට freelance කෙනෙනුට කියවල කරවගන්න පුළුවන්.. එත් ඔය කරන්න යන්නේ App + Service එකක් නම් ඔයාට මීට වැඩ දේවල් තියනවා සලකල බලන්ඩ..

Difference is that, in addition to signing a NDA, there's also a Financial and Technical contracts that clearly states how the monies are divided, who owns what and the exact scope of work handled by both parties, what are the implementation schedules and also what are the recovery processes should either party breach the contract.
using legal representatives is a must since we cant even begin to understand the legal mumbo jumbo used in those contracts.

Can you roughly tell me how much seed fund you raised and what is their equity?
I guess They have very tight implementation schedules.
Finding a legal person for reasonable price, who know these kind of stuff is bit hard.
