Android Developer, Hsenid outsource OR flexiv micro system

I have 2.3 years experience as a software engineer(Android/Java). the hsenid outsource company offered me 40k salary package for the 6 month probation time and after that more than 70k-80k. it depends on the performance. And flexiv micro system offered me 55k for 3 months probation time and after that 75k. what is the best company to work. and please tell me, what is the best option i have? flexiv or hsenid ?? plzz.. help me with this.. thanks guys.. have a great day..
