u can use antispyware software to recognize what that really is..download a antispyware tool and scan..and also use a registry cleaner."TUNEUP2009" is better..try removing spams...if it doesn't work..use kaspersky 2009 o avira antivirus with latest update.if everything doesn't work,all u have to do is reinstall windows while having a backup of ya HD(before making a backup,remove any viruses on ya pc)
