Don't worry even prof V.K . Samaranayake (late) had no post grad qualification Masters or Phd in ICT / MIS. his expertise was Mathematics and Stat!!
Prof Nandadasa Kodagoda was prof of Forensic Medicine at UOC Medical Fac, but he had neither Master nor Phd level degree in Forensic Science . His phd was physiology!!
Prof Nalin Silva talks about chemical fertilizer but his expertise in Quantum Physics Phd from Sussex Uni, not in Soil Sc Georgraphy or Chemistry!!
Most of the chairmen of ICTA including prof Epasinghe also had no phd or Master level qualifications in ICT
Our qualified people were not media savvy like them.

CAD was used to design Kalutara Bodiya around 70s and exam results were also computerized in the same decade ,for the first time by this prof ? Name him if you can . just an example of how we select experts and ignore local talent to unqualified people who will never allow a qualified person to come up!! sad but truth!
