you can't make an email address from an internet cafe,home,school,university,office and etc. To make an email account, everyone has to buy a new internet connection.

1 email address to 1 ip will not come true. But mcn, thepiratebay is not something like that. It is a huge copy right violation place. thepiratebay makes a huge damage for film,computer games,software producers.

i ll explain something just happen to me few days go.....my IP allready block form myBB community forever coz i remove there "Powerd By logo" from my Community from.after the i didn't Receive any updates also. but according to Open-source rules i have write to change the logo....after that MY IP was blocked..i cannot access from my IP.....

this didnt happen past years..happens only after the SOPA.....

Yahoo limiting there accounts to 3.....google also......so there have to move there rules slowly....

according to Proprietary software software regulation....the pirat bay is leading pirated software sites on internet...

yes, 3 is not bad. I know that (hotmail also 3 or 5 allows for 1 ip). But possibility to decrease it to 1 is very low.
