Answer

The validity of the license file for AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic for Windows/ Linux/ FreeBSD/ OpenBSD/ Solaris is automatically extended, using the automatic updates, before expiry date. In case no updates are performed during this extension period and the license expires, you can manually download the license file from Avira website www.free-av.com. Copy the new license file in AntiVir installation directory, to overwrite the old license.

Yeah, I too admit that kaspersky is better than Avira but actuall is Avira is not much less and dear, itz damn free... No getting blacklisted, can use automatic updates, uses less system resources... oh... I'm so happy with that tiny umbrella in my taskbar.. lol;;;
