Antivirus for Iphones ... Are there & Is it a necessity ?

Hi all,

I came across following link forwarded by one of my colleagues and when I went to the link, my iPhone got stuck for few seconds. This has never happened before and when I searched, found that the website is a fake.

When I started looking for Antivirus software to the phone and came across none in the app store.

Do you all know any Antivirus software supporting the ios platform?
