hey is there any bitdefender specialists online...............im using BITDEFENDER V10 plus edition
all i wanna know is i see that,when we scan the computer and once they detect a virus sometimes they show DISTINFECTION FAILED,MOVE FAILED at that instance what happens to the detected virus do they restore it untouched or do they delete it

If it can't disinfect, it should be moving to the quarantine.

But I don't know what happens if it can't move the file to the quarantine. Maybe it deletes it.
