Any suggestions for a new refrigerator

I am looking for a new refrigerator for our home. Our current refrigerator is 25 years old Mitsubishi (Japan) one and still works like charm. But the problem is it's very power hungry and now it's doesn't even go for idle most of the time.

I stuck at these 3 refrigerators. Please share any suggestions about these or any thing you can suggest.

*Samsung 253 L Top Mount Freezer With Digital Inverter Refrigerator

We got that Samsung one on last September and it is really nice. Cools very quickly. Also check the manufactured country and avoid Indian made ones at all cost

We got it from Softlogic. Earlier we had a small Singer 2 door refrigerator and our electricity bill hasn't been changed much. So it should be energy efficient and since it has the inverter also it must be.
