You can't upload torrents to private site without having around 2Mbps upload speed and admin's consent. Not sure about public trackers. Will look into it.

hmmm 1se i tryed to upload from ma own ip but id work...deres is an option in UT where u need not to have any tracker url from anysite y dont u read da FAQ in UT
