Just follow channels give something to your life
Content nourish your life

Personal recommendation : create 5-6 emails and dedicate each one for your preferred YT niches ; Hack the algorithm; ( me personally got about 5 dedicated ones - finance, Buddhism, general, physics, tech etc )
