6. Fees and Pricing​

The Seller shall not be charged a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) or any fees for the use of HNB Accept during Accept pilot period. Upon conclusion of the pilot, the Bank may, at its discretion, introduce and impose applicable fees for the continued use of the service. Sellers are prohibited from applying surcharges or imposing additional fees on Buyers for card payments unless permitted by law and approved by the Bank.
