In online application, it requires to add GCE OL result/s - cannot proceed :(
What you’ve to do is to call UGC. And tell that problem. It’s your right to apply to Law Fac. as you’ve passed the ALs.
Inform me what has happened after calling them.

UGC is closed these days ( Due to lockdown) no one answers phone/ mobiles either, no mail response :( Application is closing on June 12 as I know.
Hopefully someone here will give some light ;)

Haven't tried, will they able to guide ?
    Anyway Ill try n see
If you really want to apply, try every possibility. Even call the Min. of Agriculture, who cares, contact anyone until you get the job done, no rocket science there. Because at least someone would come forward to help you if you do it.
It’s typical Sri Lanka, still e-governance has not been enacted. Vaccines are given for chits. So don’t think whether someone could help, but ask him to do it for you.

Appreciate your advise. being Sri Lankan this could be the right process :))

with difficulty was able to contact UGC, response as below

Quoted - Only local OL is considered for university admission. So, please select other from the drop down menu and proceed.
Your will be considered only for OL not required courses of study at the selection. - Unquote
