Dialog cheats. Time to give up Dalog.
Anyway, already the Dialog is like titanic (Sinking) (it has cut down 30% of it's staff) Dialog do not think of giving a good service and taking money by making their customers happy. Dialog always tries to take money from it's customers somehow. (including cheating, sending double bills in the beginning etc etc. They do not consider much on customer feed back. Mobitel is a faily good one. They always try to provide a good service. (not to take money somehow. But, in return they gain more money. This happened when mobitel introduced Upahara package. They gave 1000 minutes for a 300 rental. Looks like idiatic. But in return, they could built a large population (in millions) who pay a 300 rent to mobitel, and even that is more than enough to run the Mobitel company. I had a friend at Dialog. When I told the dialog that you are going to lose, they never believed. Anyway, The dialog understood the sad truth after losing millions of customers. (they lost hundereds of customers each day) Now that they have lost the air superiority, and in a stratergy of reducing staff.
Mobitel internet is good as a pre paid. But, at the moment, mobitel does not have a good post paid broad band to compete with the unlimited broad bands in the market. Airtel is good. They have to increase the coverage. SLT also good. They have reduced the unlimited package rent to 1600 to compete with the similar packages in the market. SLT has the advantage of a dynamic IP, which Dialog HSPA doesnt have. (better for downloads) Only disadvantage of SLT, is lack of portability.
Generally, most of the customers are now unhappy of Dialog HSDPA. due unreliable billing system, having a static/ shared IP etc, etc. etc.
