I don't know about CUTE PROPOTIONS, but all I can say z dat a good hunky boy too can be cute
The smile certainly do adds a lot in to the cuteness & so the cheeks. Having a dimple while smiling is one way of been labled as a cute person. Other than that been small too can be a way of been cute. Eyes are the next big factor
So as like thios u can measure ur cuteness rather than based on these cartoon characters
