I read the whole 17-page lecture on scibd.
He has told lot of good about Sri Lanka , and he haven't said any bad thing about the current government (he says politics after 1996, not pointing at anyone)

It's a great speech and, the SLBC and minister should be proud ..... but alas .... we have an idiot as a minister .... what to do.
