Good trick, But torrent is all about sharing. If everyone cheats no one will be able to download anymore. Eventhough some sights have strict rules, they provide high speed downloads bcos of high availability. I think at least we should maintain1:1 ratio. or else it will be like 'Adi Hath Denage Kenda Haliya'.
