Assassin's Creed II Error - HELP

hi guys after a long long time
just installed Assassin's Creed II and I'm getting an error with the offline patch.

I'm using Windows 7. This is what the patch file says.

This is a test server for playing (the first few minutes of) Assassin's Creed 2 offline.

First, make sure you have version 1.0.0.115 of the Ubisoft Game Launcher.
Version 1.01 of AC2 is recommended, but not required.

Edit your hosts file and add these entries:

127.0.0.1       static3.cdn.ubi.com
127.0.0.1       ubisoft-orbit.s3.amazonaws.com
127.0.0.1       onlineconfigservice.ubi.com
127.0.0.1       orbitservice.ubi.com
127.0.0.1       ubisoft-orbit-savegames.s3.amazonaws.com

Then run "ipconfig /flushdns"


Finally, run server.exe and start your game.

Did everything as it says. But I' still cant play the game. When I launch server.exe without admin permission it loads n exits with this error.

If I run it with admin permission this is what I get.

hehe u don't need to do all these editing stuff.... just download the skidrow's version and copy the crack files into the main directory... that's all
