Creating a great engine isn’t just about statistics it’s about usability. Special attention was paid to the way the engine breathes, performing to maximum at low and high revs. Air flow is guided into the combustion chambers through sculpted inlets, and evacuated through free-flowing exhaust systems. Bypass valves subdue the exhaust note at low speeds, but at higher speeds these valves open to reduce pressure, increase the power output of the engine and produce a truly magnificent soundtrack.
