The ASUS MARINE COOL also features an on-board uninterruptible power supply (UPS)

The most obvious feature of the Marine Cool is the huge cooling solution with metal heatpipes and ceramic plates. Thus the heat is said to be transferred at twice the speed. Furthermore the Asus Marine Cool has a Lithium Polymer battery that is supposed to power the system during blackout. The third feature is the "Failover Memory” feature. This actually is a set of onboard DRAM chips that can bypass compatibility problems of the discrete memory.
