Attension - For ppl who r doing A/Lz

Dear brothers and sisters, since ur exam is very close, I've thought of giving u ppl some tips as how to arrange and mange your precious time! Hope these things will help you !

Last-minute 'cramming' for exams is the worst of all worlds - it is very stressful, is unlikely to lead to good marks and you won't be able to remember much of it within a few days of leaving the exam room.

It makes much more sense to start exam revision in plenty of time - all it takes is a little planning and self-discipline to avoid those late nights, cold sweats and so-so grades.

Since it's only a month for d exams, you ppl are supposed to be thorough with ur syllabus, whatever u do !, you must hv a gud knowledge in how to use the theories you've learnt so far !

My advise is to relax urself now, tht doesn't mean relaxing too much and forsaking every thing regarding to ur studies, do them, bt dnt push urself too hard, keep ur confidence up and remind urself that you're going to get through this !

Constantly refer to ur short notes [for ppl who r doing maths, I'll post some of my short notes ], come to know what u dnt remember and make urself remember them

But, most importantly, constantly give ur time to do past papers, model papers and stuf, and remember this very well
DO THEM IN EXAMINATION CONDITIONS
Get a timetable of the previous year[tht iz f u alredy dnt hv urs], and do according subject papers @ according time. That will considerably reduce ur fearz abt exam !

Constantly inspect what sections are more probable for you to get wrong through pprz !, and think again abt a sum u solved n get a grip of the method properly ! Remember, u only hv a little time, so dedicate urself bt nt too much !

Another thing I needed to say, KEEP UR MIND RELAXED, DNT LET IT GET EXCITED !
for keeping ur mind relaxed, u myt as well do some kind of meditation, which will make ur mind less vulnerable !
and plz ppl, I'm nt strtng a racial issue or anythng here, bt if u cn meditate, @ least once in a while, u surely get the results of tht !, Specifically, if u cn do ANAPANA SATHI BHAWANAWA, tht myt help u a great deal !

These are also anthr techniques to keep ur mind relaxed !

1. Keep a Scrap book, n write wotever u thnk in it, whn ur feeling retarded, specifically it can b a poem, verse, joke or even smthng tht wudnt make any sense @ all, bt do it n it will release the stress in you !

2. Music, this iz also a gud way, specifically if u cn play an instrument, play it for @ least a minute, n tht will make ur mind lose d retardation within it !

3. Take a 5min break every hour u study, close ur eyes, thnk abt smthng u lv[ dnt thnk abt thngz, whch bring lust into ur mind], or smthng wch is very beautiful, ur mind will instantly get relaxed !

But remember, nthng will work more thn a complete session of meditation !
