requires a certain level of belief as well.

    True..
it should be like a person thirsty believe that
    water is there.
The same Shraddha which Prince Siddhartha had
    when he saw suffering.
He saw first 3 Pera nimithi...
and forth led him to find the way.
    To follow Buddha properly
one should accept that he is suffering,
and there must be a way out.
A seekers belief is way different from a mere believer.
    One who seeks actually works.
A believer is almost always passive.
    A seeker is active.
If the path is wrong a seeker moves out
and continues till he finds the path.
A believer sits even on the right path waiting.
    Therefore
for a believer even Buddha's path becomes a wrong path...
for he lives passive where he was supposed to be active.
    Buddha had said
    "Dhamma is like a serpent.
One should hold Dhamma from its head.
If one catch it from the tail it will bite."
That's why society look down on many religious people..
most look stupid... ignorant and dumb.
    It is not for believers.
That is why I bow down to
    one who understands that
A Buddhist is not a believer.
Buddha's path is a seekers path.
One who walks become wiser moment to moment.

    Ehi passiko, pachchaththan, vedithabbo.
    One can com and look,
    and he can completely understand
    experientially.
    :)
    So experiment with watching breath.
When you have to sit doing nothing,
    like till opening a site
watch your breath for few seconds..
    :dull:
    and enjoy peace with awareness.
    :)
