Last year, the American automaker managed to sell 669,683 units of its Silverado, marking a 12.9 percent growth compared to 593,103 in 2014.8. The German automaker sold 698,182 units last year, seeing a 2.2 percent gain compared to 2014’s figure of 683,301 units.6. Hyundai Elantra2016-hyundai-elantraThe Hyundai Elantra has become a popular compact offering in the marketplace and its sales reflect that. Worldwide, Hyundai sold 746,924 Elantras last year, but it’s worth noting that it’s a 9.1 percent decrease compared to the year prior when Hyundai sold 821,298 units. But now that there’s a redesigned 2016 model introduced, perhaps it will pick up some steam in 2016.5.
