It's just a typical twin engine passenger jet, probably an Airbus A330 or a Boeing 767/777. they usually travel in the range of 0.80-0.85Mach depending on the altitude for optimum performance, which puts them in the Subsonic category - slightly inside the Trans-sonic category (according to the table you've attached) but not Supersonic.Plus, that's not "Smoke" bro, that's a Vapour Trail...Thanks anyways for your valuable post.
