No. you need to have a Degree or Diploma, the minimum. TR or else Graduate Visa 485 is a post study visa. A person who has gone through some significant study period in AUSTRALIA could be eligible for that but not with just experience without studying in Australia. Even if you do a degree or similar level at BCS till PGD Diploma, your experience needs to be post qualifying not something acquired before completing a degree. Migrants can argue with ACS and insist on consideration but not every-time

Ex - If you have experience from 2012 to 2018 , it's 6 years but if you have completed a degree or equivalent from 2016-2018, that can't be taken as 6 years since some of your years of experience occurred, having no relationship to your nominated occupation in the SOL to be closely related to an accepted job category as per your studies. It is up to ACS to decide the amount of points they would like to offer for experience

If you apply for PR one day, you can claim points for your experience but these days a degree or any other accepted qualification is a mandatory requirement, if you apply for visas in Australia
